![]() This practice was more common back in the day of the Gonzalez Valenzuela sisters. My two cents here: women of Jalisco are known to be the most beautiful in the country, specially in the poor rural areas because of the perfect mix of French, German, Spanish and some level of prehispanic heritage and they're the perfect target for (sadly) human trafficking for prostitution by means of kidnapping. Las Poquianchis owned brothel houses in the Mexican states of Jalisco and Guanajuato. The stories say they killed over 150 people, including women who worked for them as prostitutes, babies and some of the clients. Yet, al those killers ARE NOTHING compared to "Las Poquianchis" (I don't know the origin or meaning of the name). There's "La Mataviejitas" (The Little Old Lady Killer) who used to be a professional wrestler and killed 16 elder women there's "The Hyena of Queretaro", ex-beauty pageant turned child killer another one would be Sara Aldrete "The Godmother", partner of Adolfo Constanzo "The Godfather", known as "The Narcosatanics", the movie "Borderland" (2007) is somehow based on their story which also partially inspired the film "Perdita Durango" (1997) by Alex de la Iglesia. The murders took place in the small community of Yerba Buena. She was responsible for at least 8 murders, although truth be known it was probably closer to 15. She was an organized murderess and a sexual predator. ![]() Magdalena Solis is far from being the most feared woman in Mexico. Magdalena Solis is one of very few documented cases of female serial killers who had a clear sexual motivation.
